The „Apfel“ holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes you with its own terrace and a small garden. Two double bedrooms offering views of the Schlern mountain create a peaceful, cozy sanctuary. The heart of the apartment is the bright open-plan kitchen and living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating by the panoramic windows, and a cozy sofa bed. The bathroom complete with a rainfall shower perfectly rounds off the harmonious atmosphere.

The „Wein“ holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and combines living close to nature with a touch of exclusivity. The apartment features its own private terrace, a cozy seating area under the vine pergola, and a small garden. Two double bedrooms offering views of the Schlern invite you to enjoy restful nights. The light-flooded eat-in kitchen—complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy seating area by the panoramic window, and a comfortable sofa bed—creates a welcoming atmosphere. A special highlight is the private Hydrosoft infrared cabin, giving you soothing moments of relaxation right inside the apartment.

Located on the upper floor, Apartment Korn features two balconies that offer lovely spots to pause and enjoy the view. Two bedrooms with double beds and views of Mount Sciliar provide a peaceful, cozy retreat. The open-plan kitchen-diner, with its fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating area by the panoramic window front, and cozy sofa bed, sets the scene for relaxing holidays. The bathroom with a rainfall shower completes the stylish, natural living space.

A special highlight is the private Hydrosoft infrared cabin, offering soothing moments of relaxation right inside your apartment.

Upon request, we are also happy to provide a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, portable oven, espresso machine for coffee pods, as well as baby and toddler equipment such as a bedside crib, changing mat, high chair, child carrier backpack, baby bouncer and bed rail.

In the breakfast basket, which we are happy to prepare for you upon request, you will find a selection of delicious products from our farm and South Tyrol. You can choose from three different breakfast baskets: Alpengrün (vegan), Berggenuss (savoury) and Morgenzauber (sweet). We are, of course, happy to accommodate personal preferences and intolerances. The price is €25 per person per day; for children aged 3 to 14, the price is €15 per day.
